i've been trying to get into this band for a long time, but i always put if off.
is there one album, i should begin with, or should i dive in without no worries?

i've heard their like the cocteau twins except more paganish. i dont know what do you think i should get into first?

Huge DCD fan here. I think your best bet would be Toward the Within. It's a live set and I guess you could say they play their "greatest hits."

But I adore: Into the Labyrinth and Spirit Chaser.

I fully agree ~ then graduate with Aion.
They toured, reunited, a couple years ago and there are brilliant live editions of the European and North American Tours if you can find those.

There is also a gorgeous Box Set ~ White, with 3 cd's and a DVD that is wonderful and spans their career. It can be found for a very reasonable price on ebay. Amazon and used at record stores. Very worthwhile ~ at least for me. It was released in 2001.
