Actually there are 2 version of The Girl Is Mine 2008: Album Version with will i am Club Mix with will i am Those 2 versions are included in the cd single. The 3rd track of the single is the demo. | |

The demo I just heard further proves my point that Michael didn't add anything NEW to the song. 
His solo version is better than the one with Paul but that's actually tolerable now.  | |

The demo is by far, the best. It has been making the rounds in the MJ fanclubs for years now, but the quality is so much better. This further proves my point....I wish Michael would release a huge box set called, "B-Sides and Demos." Have a disc of B-Sides and Demos from each of his adult solo albums. Off The Wall - Invincible. And maybe throw in a DVD with Ghosts, The Making of Thriller and the Bad tour for good measure. Make it limited edition, so incase it doesn't sell well, beyond die-hard fans, there would be an excuse. If only....

I LOVE the "whole" demo as it is. At the end it's like Michael was vocally challenging Sam Cooke especially the "you know-you know-you know I caaaaare!" and some MJ fans thought that was COMPLETELY NEW! The nerve.
