Donny had been depressed for many years. I would guess that his label problems weren't a major contributing factor to his death. I shouldn't play armchair shrink, so I'm just gonna can it. Whatever the case may be, I don't think it's a stretch to say his mental health kept him from producing more great music. | |

I'm keeping my hands crossed for a Donny Hathaway biography book. His life/career is worth the hard effort.
Let somebody handle the work like say,,,,David Ritz, maybe? I could see him pouring informations on top of informations about Mr.Hathaway. | |
