Am I the only one that didn't know Sly was still touring?

Damn....they sound GOOD!!

He looks bad though.....but dammmmmnnnn sounds great.

I saw them live last July... they kinda sucked, or well, don't get me wrong, the band is aight, but Sly was off his game. It was like watching a better than competent tribute band perform. The worst part is, I saw a clip on Youtube from a performance he did in Paris just a couple of days after the one I saw here in Finland and Sly was in 1000x better shape

I'm not really up on what is going on exactly with Sly's health or anything but just from what I know of him....I know he's had problems with drugs in the past for many years and he obviously has problems with his back/spine of some sort because he's really hunched over. And I've seen a few other clips of him performing in recent years and he just doesn't look healthy at all, physically and at times mentally. But I really don't know, those are just my observations.

Man, I love Sly. But he's turned into a walking Just Say No campaign, if I've ever seen one...

I saw Sly back in July.It was an odd performance.The band came out without him,performed several songs then midway thru,Sly came out and played for less than 15 minutes!! He made a joke about having to leave early "because the cops are after me"

I will say this though: the band kicked ass!! They sounded really energized.
