I remember all her songs. cool Raw Like Sushi wa a very good album, and she bettered it with her follow-up album. I think she sort of defined that trip-hop subgenre. Love her. This is a great song. It always makes me want to listen to I Got U Under My Skin.

Just today I was thinking of this video when I was sending the link to the Mattafix video of "Living Darfur" to someone as the singer of Mattafix who was a small boy at that time was in that video.
With a very special thank you to Tina: Is hammer already absolute, how much some people verändern...ICH hope is never so I will be! And if, then I hope that I would then have wen in my environment who joins me in the A....

That is probably my favorite Neneh song... I had to get it on vinyl for DJing along with the CD (Red Hot + Blue, I believe).

Yeah, that's the album (and it's a good album). En Vogue ripped this video for their My Lovin'.

"Manchild" runs a close second by the way for being my favorite Neneh track.

The mix is not different, but the video is gorgeous.

"Manchild" sounds like early Massive Attack to me, with that orchestral sound combined with beats, and of course the lyrics written by Massive Attack's own 3D:

Apart from a few songs, I could never really get into Neneh like that. I prefer her brother's music.

Hard to beat Manchild as far as Neneh songs. The Homebrew album, though, was one of my tops in the 90s...(man she was fine on the cover too, pimp2 lol), Somedays is my fave of hers, but it's close.

And then Lenny outed himself about 'Buddy X', which makes that song a slice of pop /boho history wink

yeah u got the words to that song? did she actually sleep with him herself and got fooled which is why she wrote the song? or was she just observing his "player card" and called him out on it?
I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.
