Arsenio's Sendoff

I remember this like it was yesterday, the Hip Hop community giving Arsenio love on his last show... most of these young rappers can't do shit like this now

Dayum! I miss Arsenio Hall! When Arsenio "left the building", he REALLY left the building! That brother knows how to disappear better than anyone I have ever known. Would love to sit down and chat with him today. I hope he is well and happy. I wish him love and contentment.

Also, can't believe how much time has gone by since these "rappers" were on the top of their game - NOW, they're considered OLD SCHOOL!?!? Jeez! Times are moving quickly!

How long before Ne-Yo and Chris Brown will be sporting gray hairs on those nutsacks they hoist so lovingly?

Are you kidding me?!? The first 3 seasons of The Arsenio Hall Show were the best. Granted, Arsenio wasn't perfect by a long shoe. But he was good enough to make old man Johnny Carson retire.

It needs to be.

But you know ViaCON (the owner of Paramount/CBS) have the video master tapes on lock & chain at the moment.

he sure did! he knew not to rush into anything else for a while which is a good move. let people rinse off the arsenio hall show before jumping into something else. I mean he left without looking back. I wondered if he left the industry for good or not back then. I did like the party machine. that show had all the groups and arsenio had his hands in that show as well.
