I was surprised to hear about this release coming February 5th on LatchKey Records, containing 9 new tracks from the veteran rapper, but than something strange happend, a track called "on the rise again" with a hook sung by.....Haylie Duff. Yes thats right, i thought it was an internet hoax since she isnt listed on the album credits, but i got an email confirmation of the track and Haylie's involvement. Haylie is the older sister to Hilary obviously, but she isnt new to music, having had a few songs with her sister associated with movies and disney and producing one track off of Hilary's (2007) outstanding album "Dignity". But this track will shock alot of people who might think this is one of the strangest pairings ever in history.
