The Freaking Best of Radiohead...

... as felt by HH.

Question is... 'Does Isten agree?'

And I placed the two versions of Idioteque together as I still have no clue which one I prefer.

Right away, the absence of "Let Down" is a killer IMO. I'd also add "Black Star," "Fake Plastic Trees," "Weird Fishes/Arpeggi," and "15 Step."

(Keep in mind that I only really like The Bends, OK Computer, and In Rainbows.)

To be honest, Fake Plastic Trees get on my nerves and the others are not that stand-out-ish compared to the ones I chose.

But I am a bit goofy when it comes to Radiohead. I am a late fan, joined around OK Computer, Pyramid Song grounded me as a fan and The Amazing Sounds Of Orgy, as pushed onto me by Isten made me a totaller.

The Amazing Sound Of Orgy is still the pinacle of my fandom.

I focused on studio versions, only adding True Love Waits, as they never bothered to record a studio version.

I would add their cover of "Nobody Does It Better."

In fact, I add it whenever I can...

Does anyone have a good list of their b-sides? I'm completely in the dark on that part of their product.

Loverly, but not really 'Radiohead'. I also took off them duets with other bands and Michael Stipe.

I went for 'definative' Radiohead.

nice list you got there huey! thumbs up!

i think it's impossible for me to make such a list. although i would
certainly add

kinetic
fog
cuttooth

but who am i kidding, i would pick anything from kid a and amnesiac.

and as was previously suggested "let down"

it's so nice to see that you chose "how i made my millions" i think
that's such an overlooked beautiful song.

nod

lately i find myself listening an awful lot to thom's colaboration
with pj harvey on "this mess we're in". it's so damn perfect love

ok i'm in emoticon overdrive again smile

damnit, f*ck, herman it's like 1:17 here and now you've got me all
worked up again and i won't be able to go to bed until i've sat up
another hour listening to "i've seen it all" with bjork, and then
the pj harvey songs, plus the eraser bsides and most of the new cd
plus some httt bsides

damn u herman lol
and true love lives on lollipops and crisps

I'm another Radiohead fan and I have almost all their albums - have not listened to Pablo Honey - and I would love the list you made up. There are many on there that I've yet to hear, did you take them off of all their albums and official releases?
