In case you haven't noticed, Janet aint as big as she used to be either and her last album flopped big time. She's getting good reviews this time for her new single "Feeback" and good for her, but I don't see how she has surpassed Michael in any way. The only thing with her is that she continues to put out albums regularly, but other than that, no. I'd have to disagree with you there. I was just messing with alisa. Truth be known despite the lack of success of
damita jo(underrated) and the horrible 20 Y.O yes janet has still been more relevant in the past ten years than michael. That's the truth. Obviously michael is the better talent. Don't laugh at my funk

just saw the video for it on American Idol.
it was actually pretty good. Others were in the room with me, so I had to play it cool, but I felt like I was 14 again, jumping up and down and grinning ear to ear on the inside

Aside said: I remember back in like 95 or something, an interview with Whitney where she was copping a 'tude about all these people working with Babyface now (including Madonna) and how back in the day, it was just her with I'm Your Baby Tonight in 1990, and no other big female pop stars.
And all I can ever say when I think of that interview is "Paula Abdul... Knocked Out... 1988" I know this is way late, but Whitney was correct. Horrible! Sounds like all the other cookie-cutter crap on the radio. And the lyrics are even worse than the music. The whole, "I don't care about anything--I just wanna dance" thing is old.
