It was issued in the early 00's as a package containing the original album (not remastered) plus the DVD compilation that had already been issued. "Because of Love" was a hit in the US, too, but was pretty fluffy and unremarkable (plus, "janet." would already be represented well with its five, maybe six big hit tracks). I have no clue what is going on with Virgin, but then I never did since Richard Branson left.
