There was already a long thread about this several weeks ago, full of speculations about Michael Jackson's sexuality, the state of Stephanie Mills's mental health, and a short postmodern discussion about sexuality in general.

In 1984,the tabloids were insisting that Michael was gonna marry Brooke Shields.Then,around the same time,there was a crazy story about the producers of 'Dynasty' wanting Michael to appear on a few episodes.....as Alexis's boyfriend!!

Those of us who were fans of their back in the late 70s and followed Michael and indeed Stephanie movements knew they were close, not necessarily how close but we did know they had a close friendship. It makes me laugh when people take it as new information.

Another incident that fans and non-fans make mountain out of molehill of, is the song "She's Out of My Life". Tatum O'Neal has said that song was dedicated to her, even though Michael didn't actually write the song, so fans and non-fans alike called her liar. The funny thing is that at the time the actual song was release back in 1979 that's what I heard too from the media, that the song "She is out of my Life" was dedicated to Tatum. All these things are not fresh, hidden scoops at all. It makes me laugh because its obvious that most people know so little about Michael pre 1984.
