I didn't know that was the name of the song. So now that scene has a little more meaning given the circumstances.

Has original issue of "TLB" and "One Love" which were featured in the movie.

Actual disc shown in movie. It is a greatest hits collection and has both songs as well as "Redemption Song" which plays over closing credits.

I disagree. Even though this is a greatest hits collection, it is highly recommended for reggae novices. Even hardcore fans have it because "Redemption Song" and "Buffalo Soldier" debuted here. cool

He also refers to an album as 'the greatest album ever', then proceeds to play 'Stir It Up'

Stir It Up is on this album...

It is not known why FuNkeNsteiN capitalizes his name as he does, though some speculate sunlight deficiency caused by the most pimpified white guy afro in Nordic history.

No offense to King Bob, but if you're going to beef up the reggae in your stash, get some Dennis Brown. His voice is...

I like how they tied Marley into the film. It should be done more often. Even if an artist's work isn't actually tied into the script, it would be nice to have one artist throughout.

And while we're on the subject of Legend, can someone tell me how that 3.5 ft 80lb girl managed to get Will home?

I haven't listened to much reggae so I'm not hip to any cool reggae acts.
Thanks for the tip

The name of that album is "Catch A Fire" and it's a great album. I especially love "Kinky Reggae" music.

It's true, the best parts of the movie, were the really big holes in it. It was comedic.

nod

But instead of getting 'Legend', I suggest buying 'Catch A Fire' and 'Exodus' as separate albums to get the two cuts played in the movie.
