Albums you own released the year you were born

This thread was done once before. Maybe it's time for a recap.

I own these from my birth year (I'm old):

The Beatles - Abbey Road

Jane Birkin/Serge Gainsbourg - Jane Birkin/Serge Gainsbourg

Sly & the Family Stone - Stand!

The Stooges - The Stooges

Dusty Springfield - Dusty in Memphis

The Velvet Underground - The Velvet Underground

Damn, you are old. razz Kidding. I love Dusty in Memphis! I'm going to include a couple from my boyfriend's collection that I listen to often as well:

Alice Cooper - Billion Dollar Babies

The Carpenters - Now & Then

Stevie Wonder - Innervisions

Barry Manilow - I

Diana Ross & Marvin Gaye - Diana & Marvin

Dolly Parton - My Tennessee Mountain Home

Earth Wind & Fire - Head to the Sky

Steely Dan - Countdown to Ecstasy

Elton John - Goodbye Yellow Brick Road

George Harrison - Living in the Material World

The Doobie Brothers - The Captain and Me

Led Zeppelin - Houses of the Holy

Paul McCartney & Wings - Band on the Run

The Isley Brothers - 3 + 3

Damn, I had a lot more than I thought.

Most of my stuff from 1978 is on compilations. I do have these, though:

Marvin Gaye - Here, My Dear

The Isley Brothers - Showdown

Funkadelic - One Nation Under a Groove

Parliament - Motor Booty Affair

The Jacksons - Destiny

and, the weakest of the bunch by far:

Prince - For You (good thing he improved lol)

It's not Serge's best album (that would be 1971's Historie de Melody Nelson), but it does have his most famous song "Je T'aime Moi Non Plus" and the equally excellent "69 Année Érotique"--great campy French lounge-pop.

I'm worried about your obsession with that album and its place in others' album collections.
