Not the best clip. Mike was starting to lose it by that point. Some moves were still great, but others less so.

I disagree. I think that's the best he's ever danced.

It's 10 times better than any MJ's pathetic performance from the last 15 years or more.

Quite sad that you are comparing the dancing of a has-been entertainer when he was in his late thirties and forties to a man who is in his twenties. Quite sad. And you call pathetic some of the dancing on the Dangerous World Tour and the 1995 MTV VMAs? Damn. I suppose you prefer Justin Timberlake's stiff seizure moves. Whatever suits you, man.

If I cared more about the backing musicians than the main performer, I would be a much more ardent supporter of independent artists -- a number of whom can play an instrument well unlike Justin Timberlake whose strumming of a couple of chords does not cut it for me.

And yes, he sings live. Too bad he is such a mediocre and bland singer.

girl please, youre not a dancer until some can aspire to do what you do. if someone were to interpret or try to impersonate justin's dance style, what would they do? wave their arms around? make stiff and jerky leg movements? ask for their choreographer's help?
mj has defined dance period over his career. he inspired people like jt to do what they do now, you can clearly see it in the moves of usher, CB and the likes. so dont go sayin jt is better then mj or something. ill take mj at 50 over jt at any age, it maybe the same shit ive seen 50 times before but its 50 times better than anything justin could do.

id say the best dancer of today would probably have to go to omarion because that boy can break it down

Personally, I agree with you. Michael's moves are kinda stale, but still far more fascinating to watch than Justin Timberlake have a full body dry heave on the dance floor.

And as for this clip of Timberlake shown above, he doesn't dance. Does bending over and wiggling your ass like someone's grand-pa at chucky cheese count as dancing? NOPE.

As for him singing live, Michael challenges himself vocally in the studio. Timberlake doesn't. Therefore, making it a lot easier to "perform" live.

The word bland sums up Timberlake's performance and whole deal, where as interesting sums up Michael Jackson's performances and whole deal.

I'll take a good dancing, awesome singing, interesting person over Timberlake anyday. cool

So much cooler than Justin's rebox's or whatever the hell he wears. LOL lol

Of course Justin doesn't moonwalk or move like a spinning top but this funky bass, the kick-ass drums, the sexy female back-up singers, the interaction with the feminine audience: I haven't heard/seen this in a "KOP"'s live show since.. never smile

No he can't dance. A friend of mine said he looks likes he's counting all the time and trying to remember the moves.

He does not have a natural rhythm. He looks very awkward and stiff. He can't sing either. He "tries" to sing live sometimes, but all it amounts to is the background singers doing most of the vocal work. Other times, he just adds bits and pieces to the track, a sort of live lip syncing like he did at the Super Bowl with Janet.

BTW, that shot of MJ's feet was sweet.

He can dance..ok....however it needs work and more rhythm.

Its plastic and just needs a little more depth. He can try different things like a split and comin back. Get his MJ circle move right (since he couldnt do it all the way).

Basically it doesnt have originality.
