Diane doesn't have the range but she does have the depth. Her staying-power proves it. Whereas, Rihanna is just another "flavor of the month". I would like to add that she is obviously quite horrendous live like other music video artists such as Jennifer Lopez, Janet Jackson, and Madonna. But the latter two have survived for quite a long time with good music behind them. Rihanna could do the same if she works hard and continues to have luck with good songs. Rihanna's voice makes me cringe. She should focus on the video's...more so as pieces of art, than performance pieces because she's not the best dancer either.
