I thought Usher was nobody then he came out with My Way which got on Mtv. After that he has sold more and more until COnfessions which was his hottest.

M'sync and Backstreet Boys were huge, did they come close to Michael or Prince's success?

Usher needs to start writing his own songs to be taken seriously. He's like 30 now, so I doubt much will change.
