Chic's music is so powerful, every time I am listening to it, I imagine how awesome discos were back in the days when this track was played and at the same time it did not age one bit.

There is nothing that Chic touched that I don't like.

They were so fng tight and funky that the word disco should have never even been mentioned with their band. They are big fng rock stars who happened to play funky-shake your ass grooves so deep you need an oxygen tank to keep with it.

Nile's guitar is IMO the most important rhythm contribution in many years. Bernard's basslines were golden, and Tony what a perfect player.

How could you possibly not be moved by them. Fantastic songs, structure, chordal movement.

Tis the season to raise your glass, to the band that could have played anything it wanted but remained locked in the groove.

Avramsdad, if your cousin is really Nile, please give him a big hug and thank you for me.
