cool

I also dig jazz (fusion jazz and funk jazz) and soul fro
70's funk is main thang, though, most definitely nod

I bet y'all can't guess my favorite artists/groups smile

I don't know who your favorite groups are because you are into so many and I haven't really seen you spend a lot of time on certain groups in particular.

I do remember when I first started seing your posts on the org. You had a few threads asking people to list their favorite funk ballads so I'm thinking funk ballads are your favorite. At least, I'm thinking that was you, I could be mixed up with someone else though.

Dancerella: New wave type funk and lots of late 80s funk.

I think I would also pointedly write in the term "80s boogie".

What is "80s boogie"? Is that 80s dance music?

vainandy I think you know your Music:Non-Prince orgers nod

Thank you. We all spend a lot of time together and talk a lot of shit so we know each other's taste pretty well. I wish I had orgers to Christmas shop for rather than family members. At least I know what particular orgers would like. lol

Yea, that's why I figured it would be tough for y'all... I don't know my favorites either lol lol
wink

I move from group to group, depending on my mood, but there are, of course, some that I come back to more often than others, these include, among others, Slave, Ohio Players, Enchantment, Cameo, Bar-Kays, Bootsy and Parliament.

Yup you got one with that, they are my "beatles". Put it this way, they already have the best album of 2008 on my list and its not finished being recorded yet.
