Anyone notice George Michael's single covers? Looking through my old 45's (Yeah I know) and 12" records (Yeah again) from the 80's by George Michael, If you line them up from oldest to newer you can see that his picture (Face, body etc.) seems to be slowly phasing out. That's part of what his hissy fit in the early 90's was about. That people were so focused on his image, that they didn't take him seriously enough as an artist. Whatever. And he wonders why they spent so much money promoting Mariah Carey in 1990, instead of him, when he refused to be in his own videos or to promote the album. Sure, she was banging the boss, but take a look at what YOU'RE doing at the same time, George.
