I know, when trying to out sing eachother. Some people think I'm kinda cute
But that don't compute when it comes 2 Y-O-U.

It would be loud. And it would put MAC cosmetics out of business.

Apparently they have a little previous.
Christina said Mariah has never been nice to her and told her to leave a party Mariah was having but that was when Mariah was having her crazy spell, Mariah said Christina showed up uninvited and behaved inappropriately, that Christina shouldn't rewrite history and that she prays for her. I'm scaring myself that I know this shit. If there was ever a duet between the 2 it would end with the sound of Mariah strangling the last breathe out of Christina

NO, Mariah would do the whispering parts and Christina the screaming ones. "When Michael Jackson is just singing and dancing, you just think this is an astonishing talent. And he has had this astounding talent all his life, but we want him to be floored as well. We really donĀ“t like the idea that he could have it all."

The phrases "migraine," "splitting headache" and "ibuprofen" immediately come to mind.

Bad idea. There would be too much screaming going on,as both ladies try to out-sing each other.

It would sound like a car alarm that goes on and on and on. I'm not a fan of "old Prince". I'm not a fan of "new Prince". I'm just a fan of Prince. Simple as that

If they maybe followed up the song up with a video where during the gratuitous vocal gymanistics, they 69ed each other,
I don't think it would be all that disastrous.

When Whitney and Mariah did their duet, people thought the sheer power of their combined voices would start the world anew, that the song would rest atop the charts for years, peace would be reached in the Middle East and there would be no more children with cleft palettes. In the end, the song peaked quickly, fizzled just as fast, didn't crack the top ten and children were still hungry in all of Africa and America. Sometimes you do actually need a good song to make a hit, I guess.

yep, good call, I was out thinking the same thing. Two big egos...one ego is a little bigger (Christina of course) , they can both sing there heart out with a slight edge to Christina. But no, not a good look.

as much as they inspire me vocally, it would be like nails on a chalkboard. I distinctively remember christina hitting a high note that put mariah's whistles to shame, so obviously they would compete for that and it would be like getting served
