Funny and charming as usual

I'm hoping for one or two songs a la 'Topaz' and 'She Brakes For Rainbows'. I love it when the B52s make me dance around the room, but they can write some downright beautiful songs at times, too.

^ Yep. Now that Cindy is back, this is the proper followup to "Cosmic Thing".

Listen to "Pump" when they performed it on the "L-Word". This is the likely 1st single.

Listen to "Pump" when they performed it on the "L-Word". This is the likely 1st single. Do most older acts even bother to try and relase singles anymore. I know at the very least Sirius (and possibly XM) will have one station that embraces the song, so maybe now of days its worth boring. I just assume no matter what they do, single or not, they'll pretty much reach their core audience of fans and maybe some causal fans. I don't own any full CDs (actually, I might still have "Good Stuff" but never really listened to it) but I might pick this one up. So if Donna finally puts out a CD next year, her length of time will be greater. 1991 was the year her last studio album came out unless you count "Christmas Spririt" from 1994, which is a great disc of Xmas music, but I would't! Duran Duran pretty much releases new albums for their core audience as well.
Most older acts are not going to sell very well.....unless it's The Eagles.

No, that pic may be from the late 90's.

I was expecting a 25th anniversary update of "WHAMMY!", but I'm hearing something totally new here. Definitely looking forward to it. NEW WAVE FOREVER: SLAVE TO THE WAVE FROM THE CRADLE TO THE GRAVE.
