"Jackson to play seven to ten dates at London's o2" - confirmation shortly... apparently

Sally Grover - Celebrity News Service News Writer
London, England (CNS) - Michael Jackson may be ready to come back and thrill his fans.

The "Thriller" superstar, who has been semi-reclusive since his 2005 child molestation scandal, is reportedly preparing a comeback show in 2008.

Jackson, who is also planning on reforming with his brothers for a Jackson Five reunion show, will be the latest big-name performer to play at London's O2 Arena.

According to The London Paper newspaper, Jackson will be performing from February 2008.

A source said, "Details are being finalized as we speak. It will be a mini-residency at The O2, not like Prince's 21 nights or anything but about seven to ten dates."

Reports suggest that an official announcement will be made by Jackson's camp shortly.

I can confirm.....I know someone who works at the O2.

I heard 5 dates, though, and not as early as February.

lol You forgot to mention the five minute breaks between songs.

too right

more bullshit lip synching to the same songs

i doubt he can get away with it now,

especially with the focus on live acts being "live" nowadays.

especially at the o2. it will be on the fucking news and he will be raped by the press if he does his shitty lip synching routines again

if he fucks this one up, he truly is fucked for life

I better start saving immediately in case it is true. I am desperately broke. Mike, wait till March, May... And come closer? why still London? I hate going to London to see you. How about Germany. Germany loves you too and it´s closer for me. wink

I hear that not only is it becoming more & more difficult for him to remember his lyrics so that he can lip-sync to 'em properly,
but also, that he tends to fall more often trying to perform his old moves.
It is believed that the may be the main reason behind the sticky note/band-aids on his face.
Not only do they serve to cover up his cuts & bruises from the falls,
they also can remind him what lyrics he's supposed to be mouthing to.

I just have to witness this. Even though many don't see actual live performances in him anymore, I take the chance.

One more time Billie Jean in concert... I'll be damned if I miss this.

i think itll b a more toned down show from previous tours.

I think he might sing quite a lot of it, i think there will be far less dancing, the o2 is the best venue ive been to, its massive but intimate at the same time, these tickets will be like gold dust if he only does 5 shows.

How soon should confirmation be coming?
I really hope this either HAPPENS and the truth about it is revealed quickly, or they deny quickly.

I hate the rumors and waiting. Everything can change for MJ in a single day. UGH! Frusterating! mad

I rally don't know what the fuck's up with Michael and his camp. They're quick to deny a personal rumor but when it comes to professional shit, they're foaming at the mouth. lol The fuck's going on, man? lol
