The first huge act I've seen live was Madonna in Paris then I tried with Kylie in Vienna but it was such a disaster so now I live in a basement with no lights listening to Yoko Ono. smile

And it's not like I have a wife and kids to take all my income so I spend it on myself.

Well, ditto here! And I've been going to concerts since 1989... so I'm at 189 concerts now! I don't live in any concert town like New York or London though... I probably would have seen much more if that would have been the case as there is nothing better than to go and see live concerts! But I live within a 200 km radius between Munich, Stuttgart and Zurich though... and most acts stop there! So that's quite handy!

Patrick on the other hand must have some kind of hookup because seeing Michael and Janet over 20 times each will bankrupt you.

Janet and Michael are not as expensive as everyone wants to make you believe they are (of course they're also not cheap either)! But to be fair, I got some freebies on their tours (especially on Janet's)! Michael's and Janet's people are good to the fans, in Janet's case especially when Rene was still on board! You just have to show up often times enough! wink

I am too lazy to type a list and I wouldn't remember every artist I went to see even though I didn't see nearly as many shows as you. But I just found out there are 6 artists from your list I saw live and of these 6 artists I saw 74 shows if I counted right mr.green.

Hah, I just copy and paste my list each time this thread comes up. No more typing necessary! smile

How many of those 74 shows are TTD?

I edited it to 51 shows in 9 countries mr.green.

And I don't agree about Vienna being a good spot for navigating to surrounding countries when it comes to Prince concerts. He never plays the Eastern European countries, so living in a country like Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium or even in Western Austria is a far better region for travelling around for concerts.
