but I wonder though....how did Madonna come up with this? Did she see that fake fan-created album cover and decide "Hey,I like it"?? Or did an "insider" from her camp come up with the (supposedly) "fake" album cover and title?

I always look forward to her albums because I know it's not gonna sound anything like the previous one(s).She never makes the same album twice,which is more than can be said for many other pop artists.It would have been easy for her to go into the studio with Stuart Price and make 'Confessions On A Dancefloor Part 2' but what's the point in doing that? I also think that,since this is her last Warners album,she simply wants to go out with a bang.She wants one more "big" album with alot of well-known producers and hype.
