I'm sure this is one of the most self-pitying songs of all time, but I cannot help loving it. The piano flourish in the middle is beautiful. And, no, Saline Dijon's version was not good.

Exactly the remake took the damn life out of the song, i mean did anyone "feel" for Celine singing "all by Myself" when i heard her sing it i was thinking, "who cares, you should be by yourself" . Always a great song, trouble is many times the damn middle gets "edited" out when played and even on compilations.

Sorry she just ruins the song with her cover, she did also with "Alone" which should never ever been done by anyone BUT Ann Wilson of Heart since vocally she is the only one that can handle it. Also Mariah Carey has destroyed some songs to like "Open Arms" and "Without You".

A good song ruined by Karaokes and a crappy celine cover.

Sounds broadway, but thats Ok. A good song is a good song.
