First Michael lost the plot, then Princey fell. Janet was next, but I thought Madge had escaped the curse... But everything I've heard about this album, every leak, every fake tracklisting, every "insider report" has made me ill. I can't believe Madge is deluded enough to think that

a)People will accept her fake British ass with an R&B album
b)the lyrics on these songs sound good.

Oh well, I guess this goes in the "Invincible", "20 YO", and "3121" pile. At least Brucey and Bono are still releasing worthy material shrug

Can't we at least wait for it to come out before we make judgements.

Is that really the name of the album? confused That would mean there was a song called licorice (though the last album was the few times she called the album something different than a song on the album)

No, its just a fakey album poster that has been kicking around for a while.....I do like the styling on it pic though, different to what we've had from Madge before. Shame about the title!!

that's what I'm saying lol wait until you actually HEAR the album before you dismiss it.You can't judge an album based on two leaked demos (one of which has been completely re-worked for the album).

Am I the only one who thinks that the release date was pushed back in order to take advantage of the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame hype/publicity? hmmm If Madonna gets inducted in March (and many insiders believe she will be),that's gonna be MAJOR publicity for her which would then lead to the new album in April.Warners could promote it as...

the hot new album from the Rock N' Roll Hall of Fame inductee

The album is clearly finished and ready to go.They could have it in stores by January if they chose to.It's obvious what they're doing lol

Can't wait to hear the new album in full....I liked the leaked stuff so the real mccoy should be awesome.

Fingers crossed for an accompanying Tour!!!!

Stuart Price (who isn't involved with this album) recently said that he doesn't think Madonna will tour,at least not in summer 2008,as previously thought. But then again,LiveNation is already hinting that there will be a tour sometime in 2008 confuse who knows?

SO HOT!!!! razz

Not so hot; the double red carpet interview where she kept interupting her husband with the most lame banter I ever heard. She came off frustrated and Guy seemed waaaay irritated. She would not let him finish a sentence, making him quip; "Of course, you know way better than I do", practically rolling his eyes.

Is March the ceremony or when they announce the inductees?

Stuart Price was probably just guessing. I doubt he has any clue of Madonna's future plans with Live Nation.

You may not like this record, then.Much of it was clearly inspired by the sound of 'FutureSex/LoveSounds'.

This shit sounds fishy.

"Give it to Me" is already the name of a Timbaland/Justin track, yes? That crap ass wack piece shit with Nelly Furtado where they dissed Janet?

Either she's smoking some bunk shit or I don't believe that she like "Candy Shop" as the FIRST SINGLE unless it's been drastically changed from what we heard. How many song titles of actual contemporary popular songs can she actually recycle Cinne?!

Has Kanye been confirmed by any other source???

The whole record sounding in same vain as JT's - fucking ridiculous.

I can't believe Stuart is not involved AT ALL.

Ugh - here we go again. I hope all this shit is just heresay. I remember a couple months before Confessions dropped rumours of a similar listening party where NONE of the shit turned out to be true.
I'll leave it alone babe...just be me

All of this news came from the DrownedMadonna fansite. They're usually reliable, but things often change. For example,I seriously doubt that "Candy Shop" will be the first single lol

"I can't believe that Stuart is not involved AT ALL"

Madonna and Stuart recorded a bunch of tracks but in the end,Madonna decided that these songs don't blend with the other songs, which are more R&B.Maybe she will save the Price songs for another project?

looks like we have the final tracklist (10 songs,anyway)...

"4 Minutes To Save The World"
"Candyshop"
"Dance Tonight"
"Give It To Me"
"Miles Away"
"The Beat Goes On"
"Across The Sky"
"Feel It In My Heartbeat"
"She's Not Me"
"The Devil Wouldn't Recognize You"

there are 3 other songs that weren't played at the listening party.I'm gonna assume that "La La" will be on the album.Timbaland was bragging about this song a few months ago, saying it's really hot.

Wow Lucy Pearl also had songs called "Dance Tonight" and "La La" own their debut album. eek
