I think one of the songs that hurt this album for me, was Too Shy To Say. The melody & lyrics sounded a bit generic, like I'd heard it before.

Compared to They Won't Go When I Go, which sounds so totally vital, this early tune hurt the rest of it for me.

In fact I think it's the first three songs. They're great, but pretty mellow. The didn't grab me like a Too High or Maybe Your Baby.

Hard to get past first impressions.
