As much as I really didn't care for it at the time it came out, velvet Rope is Sign O' the Xs compared to that other trash wait a minute.... I am a jj fan from her 80's and 90's music.. and even AFY... and i have to say 20 Y.O really reflected her music during the 90s and was a fun album... you probably only listened to it once or a few times. becuase it was not considered a Mega hit by the media.... people are so easily influnced.. and i wish (only to prove my point that people are followers)that 20 Y.O was considered a hit album by the media.. because then you and many others would probably be praising that album... Rollwitchu, this body, get it out of me, show me, with u, take care and even daybreak were some fun songs... how can someone like that song "lonely" from rhythm nation but not like Take care???? people will run out to buy beyonces album.... even though she is yelling throughout her album and all her music sounds like loud noise |

I think janet started catching a lot of flack after the super bowl fiasco and unfortunately her music career hasn't recovered. I didn't piss on damita jo like others and i actually like that cd a lot. I'm sorry though 20 Y.O just didn't do it for me and it has nothing to do with what the media thinks about it.
