I bought their first album,mainly for the remix of "If I Ever Fall In Love"  I also like "Baby I'm Yours". | |

mayne i had a singing group back in 8th grade( 2001 ), we used to sing IF I EVER FALL IN LOVE AGAIN... that was our song....
we tour that song down, people said that was our only hit,lol  | |

Oh man, "If I Ever" used to be my jam! I remember when I was in high school all the guys at my school would be in the hallways, cafeteria and elsewhere singing this song harmonizing trying to be Shai #2 lol, but yeah, Shai could definitely sing. Very talented group. "And When The Groove Is Dead And Gone, You Know That Love Survives, So We Can Rock Forever" RIP MJ

Their remix CD, Right Back at 'Cha, is fantastic. The live versions of "If I Ever Fall in Love" and "Together Forever" are brilliant, the new songs like "Come Home to My Love" are great, and every remix improves upon the original (OK, maybe not "Comforter").
There are also some fabulous songs on their real followup to the debut, Blackface. I'm a huge Shai fan -- I still say they were better vocalists than Boyz II Men. "Whitney was purely and simply one of a kind." ~ Clive Davis | |

Their follow up BLACKface was a great underappreciated album. "Come with Me" is such an awesome joint.
Ahh don't get me started on underrated 90's R&B groups.. 7 Mile, 4.0 IDEAL, man there are some great ones out there.. | |
