With the next a-Ha album due in mid 2008, the members have been keeping busy. Recently playing their last gig this year together back in September by performing a whole concert on water in a harbor, to an amazed crowd, the members are now dedicated some time to solo ventures....

Guitarist Paul recently released his other band "savoy" greatest Hits compilation. the band consists of him and his wife and a few other members, this was their fifth album, the compilation also comes with a bonus disc with each song being re-recorded acoustically.


Keyboard/Piano/Vocalist Magne Furuholmen will release his second full solo album, he also was recently in NYC running his art exhibit in soho, and is working on a short tour overseas with his solo band.


Lead Vocalist Morten Harket just premiered his new single "movies" over the net and will be released in Norway, the cd will follow shortly, he will be doing a small promo tv tour in Norway and the UK to promote both, its his second "english" solo album, his first since WILD SEED in 1995, that disc sold 600,000 in the countries where it was available. The new song is a semi re-written cover of a song by a band called the LOKOMOTIVES, and its a great track to display the 48 year olds amazing still perfect voice. The cd single cover has scared some fans though....


And the band will then finish their 9th album due out in summer 2008, in most of the world, a-ha celebrated their 25th year of being a-Ha this past August.
