Yo Britney's CD Is Bumpin!

I must say I love this CD! I can hear it the whole way through, though there are some weaker tracks such as "Break the ice". For the most part I love it! My faves are "get naked (i got a plan)", "radar", "piece of me", "freakshow". This may be my fave album of the year. It's a tie between this and Keyshia Cole's "just like you" album!

no offense to you mam... but its sounds so dark and devilish... and the songs actually sound the exact same... it sounds like she took one song and made 10 remixes to that song... lol lol so that alone makes it a bad album IMO... she didn't have that much variety of sound and styles on the album... and im used to her albums that have that variety that i like

hmmm....i think it's just basically an electro/dance album but i don't think every song sounds the same. i also like that she didn't use 500 different producers the way most "artists" do these days.

yeah thats why her album sounds the same to me... its like she used the same instrument on each song and the same sounds.... it just isn't that much variety to me.... Her in the zone album... she had songs like Outrageous (hip-hop sound), Toxic elecro/dance, Me against the music pop/dance those were nice songs..

For the type of music she's doing, I think she hit the mark head-on with this CD. It's like, they trimmed all the fat, and each song stuck strictly to formula. Being that I don't listen to Britney Spears for her range or variety of styles, it doesn't matter to me that the music sticks to one certain groove. To me she is a Pop Princess, and though I'm no fan of hers really, I think she did her job with this CD. It's good Party/Dance music.

Those are your two favorites? For the entire year?

Holy shit, no wonder the state of music is what it is. People will listen to anything.

Britney fucking Spears and Keyshia Cole? For real? Damn, bro, you must be starving for talent.

yup believe it or not those will be in my top 5 for this year. i'm not really into "today's music" so much. i mainly listen to music from the 80's however i do like to be somewhat up to date so i generally buy maybe 5 current cds each year. i really like britney's cd. i think it's fun and catchy. i'm also going to break down and pay $30 for the Roisin Murphy cd since she's one of my faves. i'm hoping she will make my top 5 too! as for keyshia cole, that came as a shock to me how much i like her new cd. i generally don't like today's r&b but she won me over with her song "last night" featuring diddy.
