Anyone watch or listen to them?

Plenty of shit hot guitar players,
and Sugarland performing Stay was just superb!

The "country" music I like would more likely be labeled folk.

I used to think the same way before I gave it a chance.

I didn't see the awards show, but I heard there was a lot of singing to tapes, that the lead singer of Rascal Flatts is fat, and that Miranda Lambert tore shit up.

Give it a chance? I'm from cowtown, featuring one of the largest rodeos and western fairs in the world. I was also part of a performance group (which I would label as folk), and we played with tons of country groups of varying levels of fame, not to mention all the country tunes that would be pumped out of the speakers of various conventions/ceremonies/celebrations when we weren't playing. I think I gave it a chance smile

Nevertheless, more power to those that like it. At least some of it requires a level of skill beyond synchronized dance moves.
