Janet vs. Randy: "One More Chance"

Both of these Jackson siblings did a good job but which whose version do you all prefer of "One More Chance"? I think Janet's versions is nice, but I say Randy all the way biggrin . I love his voice in this song music.

lol Puhlease Dawn. I didn't post all those other threads.I didn't even know it was posted at three diff. sites lol. I saw it at one MJ site and that got me listening to the song again so I thought I'd just see which version people prefered.

Randy. He's a shite singer though, ESPECIALLY live - seeing Can You Feel It on the Triumph tour is hysterical when he whispers through the verses and then Michael just thrusts out behind him and takes over for the chorus lol

His mic probably wasn't turned up all the way, Randy is an above average singer. He probably wasn't 100% either, as he just came of an major car accident (where he wasn't even supposed to walk again)

Tough call. I prefer Janet's version because of her voice. But Randy's version was a potential hit single and Epic Records made a huge mistake by not releasing it.

JANET.. thankfully my ex-stepdad aka SATANS CHILD.. was a huge jj fan.. even before i was.... so he had some JJ albums and when he moved out.. he didn't take all his stuff because mommy kicked him out lol so i got a chance to salvage through his stuff and take what ever I wanted lol nod and he had the Janet Jackson "IF" single and that had the song "one more chance" so that is how i was able to hear the song... so anyways... i like janet's version... cause its.. i guess cause it doesn't sound so 80's...

Would that explain him in 1979 and 2001 too? I suppose his mic was turned down while even Marlon and Jackie could be heard, right? No, Randy's just not a very good singer. I think he sounds better than Janet though.
