I only knew her through Whitney and "That's What Friends Are For" but I discovered she was the original singer behind "Walk On By", "Don't Make Me Over", "I Say a Little Prayer" and songs like those before Psychics came.

I can remember her singing duets with country/western artists back when she was on "Solid Gold".
