His singing is really hard to take. It is not known why FuNkeNsteiN capitalizes his name as he does, though some speculate sunlight deficiency caused by the most pimpified white guy afro in Nordic history.

I love this song Amazingly,it was never released as a single.R&B radio played it anyway and it remains a highlight of Chaka's 1982 album.

Come on vain you have to admit this is funkier than anything on rick's deeper still album that you threw against the wall. I like this jam. It has a little edge to it. Don't laugh at my funk

Here's what he said about Chaka in his book:
"Chaka & I spent some time toghether when she was playing Buffalo. After the show, we all went back to my house, and Chaka and I went to my bedroom. However, there was already a crowd hanging in my room so we went into my bathroom and hung out for about six hours, just talking. Chaka's very spiritual and intelligent. We talked for hours about love, our careers, books, you name it.
I brought this Mafioso friend of mine who had never heard of Chaka Khan to meet her, I figured they would get a kick out of each other. At one point my Mafioso friend tried to join in our conversation, but Chaka pointed her finger in his face and told him to shut the fuck up. The funny thing about it was that he did what she said. He would later tell me he had never met a woman that fearsome in his entire lie. There were alot of people waiting for me in my house that night, including Beverly Johnson, the model and a whole bunch of hot girls lounging in the sitting room. I kept telling Chaka to leave because she was on tour and needed to rest before her next show, but she wouldn't go. She said she liked talking to me too much. Chaka always had a pretty wicked sense of humor. Before she finally left, she took off all her clothes, covered herself up with this military coat of mine and made her way to my indoor pool. While walking to the pool, she stopped to talk to all the girls waiting, Beverly being one of them. She screamed, "Thats why Rick's got no time for none of ya'll. You're all lying bitches." Then she went and jumped in the pool, coat and all." Looooove Slick Rick
