VoicesCarry	I've hated this fucking song since the first time I heard it! It was probably the whiny vocal on the original that did it.

That's exactly the point. When I heard The Fray's version I couldn't even finish it. The guy's voice sucks. But unlike you guys Alicia's version is the first I heard so I can judge it without those preconceived notions. Listen to her version and see what you think of that.

Meh, I'm not impressed. I'm not a big fan of hers, but I still think "If I Ain't Got You" is the best thing she's ever done hands down.
