Apparently, Fried Chicken is calling MJ's publicist a LIAR, lol I know I'm gonna sound like a hater but for Fried Chicken Wings' safe, I hope he's right this time about Neverland.
http://www.foxnews.com/st...59,00.html Michael Jackson: Lies, Lies, Lies Michael Jackson's publicist, Raymone Bain, issued a lie on Thursday in lieu of a press release. On her letterhead, she wrote "Contrary to published reports, Mr. Jackson was never in default of the loan. Mr. Jackson is in the final stages of refinance and will not lose Neverland Ranch." Bain is not only incorrect but she's actually lying. The state of California, Santa Barbara County will be happy to show her default notice docked #2007-0074509. Maybe she hasn't been truthful with her client, Jackson. He defaulted on a $23 million loan on Oct. 19. This column reported it first on Oct. 26, then Oct. 31. A slew of news sources including the Associated Press, TMZ.com and Agence France Presse reported it again on Nov. 7 without our credit. Jackson had better wake up. Thursday night, he set foot in California for the first time in two-and-a-half years to attend Jesse Jackson's birthday party. While he's there, he'd better go to Neverland and start boxing up his stuff. If Bain doesn't figure out how to refinance that $23 million loan, Neverland will go up for auction in January. Meanwhile, Ebony magazine should be ashamed of itself. They traded exclusive photos of Jackson for a white-washed story about his life and music. I feel sorry for the poor writer assigned to this task. Ebony even ran up a sidebar using Bain's innumerable lies as answers to questions about Jackson's life. Whitewash is a good way to put it, since Jackson is as white as a ghost in the pictures. ---- Damn, Roger. Ok, I'll let y'all arg... er, discuss this on your own.

The only one thing any of us can say is that Friedman DID believe Michael never committed a crime but according to him, he's lousy with his finances.

Has anyone wondered, besides me, if Friedman is a hardcore Michael Jackson fan but he hates the fact that he is, hence the obsession with everything Michael Jackson-related.

SOMETIMES, his stuff gets released to the press, sometimes they just take it because it's a coup to tell people how bad Michael's doing and on the other hand, there's at least 35% of the story that's true. But I've noticed and yes I'm gonna have to play Devil's Advocate here, that if it was someone else like Whitney Houston, most of us will be like "poor Whitney, hope she gets her finances together" but if it's Michael, "oh he's hating, dude still got money in the bank from the Beatles." It's like a double standard. I may be wrong but that's how it appears to me. Nevertheless, Roger doesn't seem to trust the people around Michael. He reminds me of some of the fans who scream at Michael constantly to "get it together, man."

The trial really clouded a lot of things on Michael's home.

Roger Friedman is in love with Michael Jackson, it's really obvious "We may deify or demonize them but not ignore them. And we call them genius, because they are the people who change the world."

Perhaps Friedman is on the payroll. He is an obviously intentional villain who keeps Michael in the news. He reports against Michael in a blatant fashion, and he writes more stories about Michael than anyone else. He writes about Michael more than any other "journalist".
Perhaps Michael is in control of more than we realize. Friedman is a storyteller, a definate contributor to the mysterious saga of Michael Jackson, despite the fact that the information he reports may be false. Michael Jackson is the absolute master of keeping attention. He accomplishes this by creating situations in which can be argued heavily from 2 or more sides. Convincing arguments can be made from more than one angle, which in turn keeps us watching every move Michael makes. Michael wants to be a freak. He wants to be a legend. He has constructed this image, and there is no reason to entirely discount the idea that Friedman may be a part of his image construction. How else does this man continually acquire image tarnishing "insider" information from Jackson's camp. Financial troubles are interesting, especially for an icon such as Jackson. Michael keeps us talking without even showing up. His publicist regularly denies rumors that have not been heard prior to her press confrence held to deny them. Bain will emerge to deny the "rumor" that Jackson is dead, when no such clarification is called for. Michael is an entertainer to the fullest sense. He does his best to keep everyone emotionally invested in his life, without even appearing publically. His image generates bizarre stories that force people to be reminded of his existence. Just a thought...

As a lifelong Michael Jackson fan, I can honestly say I a glad he is losing Neverland Ranch. For starters, the upkeep is huge, and he isn't making the same Thriller money he once was to keep that place afloat. It was trouble when employees begam walking off because they werent being paid. Then there is the stigma attached to Neverland Ranch. Whether you believe the alligations, or not, it isnt a great place to me. He is a grown man and needs to do without the peter pan lifestyle that made him suspect int the first place. The selling price of this land will definately put a dent in his debt. The only reason (If I were Him) to keep it would to make an amusement park/museum for the public to generate a profit. Other than that, burn it down and collect insurance. move on. Well, he is not losing it! And it is a great place! I've been there 4 times and it's not just "Peter Pan"! It also has great landscape and architecture! It would be a shame to lose it! Also I think it would be great if it would, many years later, become his Graceland! That would be the perfect place for a "Michael Jackson Museum"!

I can´t believe that idiot has the nerve to call anyone a liar. He´s made up so many idiotic stories about him that I am amazed he´s till allowed to write. Anyone remembers his quadruplets story? Or the one or MJ abusing animals at his ranch while he was in Bachrain? Or MJ asking the Pope to make music to psalms? And what about the story of Jermaine releasing ( a never released) book on how he believes Mike was quilty?
Roger SHUT the f**k UP! "When Michael Jackson is just singing and dancing, you just think this is an astonishing talent. And he has had this astounding talent all his life, but we want him to be floored as well. We really don´t like the idea that he could have it all."

why does michael hold on to neverland when he hasnt been there in years? the upkeep on that place has to be crazy.foxnews has been reporting that mj is broke for years now, then they turn around and report he has some new loan.his liquid assets may be a little dry now but he obviously have something very valuable if he's able to keep obtaining loans.
