how come he didnt say that about someone like Kanye, who looks like an anti-star but thinks he is one, probably because JD knows he would be done career wise, kind of like the whole 50cent Jarule war. JD needs to stop talking already and can he let the janet superbowl go, damn already, we bitch about TV shows harping on it and here her dwarf lover plays it like a broken record every other day.

Justin Timberlake Attacked Over Jackson 'Wardrobe Malfunction'

He writes: "I think Justin Timberlake is a talented performer. But he's very ordinary-looking. He could be any skinny white kid from the suburbs of Orlando. You could go to the mall and find another Justin.

"He doesn't make his style interesting even when he's onstage. To me, he just doesn't look like a star."

this is SOOO true! what happend to people who looked like a star? the 80's were full of them

None of these motherfuckers look like a star these days. Where are the wild outfits that are custom made that looks like nothing no one else is wearing? Where are the wild, one of a kind, hair styles? All that left with the 1980s.

These days, a damn baseball cap are these motherfuckers' hairstyles and their wardrobe consists of jeans and a damn T Shirt. Hell, you can buy that shit at Walmart. Hell, we used to laugh at people that wore Walmart looking shit back in the day.

Every once in a while, they may wear a suit and a nice hat but it's nothing that the average person couldn't find in a typical store. There's no exotic look to it. These motherfuckers dress just as boring as their music is. When it comes to boring, they bring on the complete package not only musical, but visual as well.

Prince. He still wears custom made outfits that no one else would dare or have the guts to wear. He still wears make-up. He still has the great hairstyles and switches them up from time to time. He also carries himself with a "I'm better than you" attitude. He's a complete star in every sense of the word.

yeah..but the make up is a little played out...and the dyed black hair....

I think prince came from a different time when you tried to look different and be different. This generation wants to look like the next. I'm telling you its hard to find my daughter in the mall because everyone looks the same.

lol in the 80's i remember watching people like Boy George & Cyndi Lauper thinking this is sooooo cool i bet in 20 years things will really be wild! lol who knew they would turn out soooo effin boring...short hair, boring clothes, baseball caps....and then if anybody does dress a little different the young people label them as "GAY!!" lol check out the video in my profile..what would kids say if a group look like that today?? smile it's a shame things turned out this way...i blame the grunge scene for making things so boring dress wise in the rock world and even tho grunge is dead it really did have an effect on the complete package in rock

Well, a start doesn't look like someone who fell out of an Abercrombie and Fitch ad, slipped up on an Old Navy commercial and fell straight into the GAP. Justin couldn't be more ordinary. Dude is GENERIC. JD is right. There are Justins all over the malls.

Hell, even his name is dull and plain. I mean, "Justin"? Have we really got popstars called "Justin" now? Back in the day if you were born with a name like that and you wanted a career in entertainment you'd have to change it in double quick time and pray no-one ever found out. The best I can say about this choirboy-gone-wrong is that his name, looks, voice, and personality all match each other perfectly.

Indeed, they're not. He can wrap his dick around his ankles (both of 'em) and give Janet coffee enemas.

JD needs to just to move on already. He's just mad that her last two albums didn't do well and he had his fingers all up in the production of them. Yeah, JT is an ass and yeah Janet got run over by the scandal bus while JT went on to bigger things, but lets face it, Janet wasn't new to show business and she knew how the performance was supposed go. Bad judgement call on her part for asking JT to participate in the first place, and then doing that routine. She needs to take her lumps like MJ, Prince, Mariah, etc., did when they did illadvised shit. neutral

And as for his comment about looking like a star hell a lot of people in the entertainment business these days don't look like stars.

Lol well to be fair look at someone like Michael Jackson. He has one of the most common names ever but at least he had his own unique style and has an interesting personality to say the least. Justin on the other hand is very ordinary. I see guys who look like Justin everyday on my way to work. He's just so boring and ordinary as a personality and performer.

I love that he continues to wear makeup and hope he always does. That's the gayness in him coming out. I understand Prince came out at a time when a lot of guys (on the rock scene) were wearing make-up. However, when men stopped wearing the makeup, Prince always continued. That's one of the reasons I think Prince is gay whether he knows it or accepts it himself. Of course that's only one of the reasons, gestures are another. But as a whore myself, I know another whore when I see one. We have our gaydar and most of the time we are usually right. lol

I hear you & I've always appreciated his willingness to be different. But Prince's makeup seems to be more about covering up lines nowadays than looking different. And it doesn't hold as well to his skin. He'd probably look better without it. I just imagine him looking like Lucille Ball or Bette Davis (or who was that in Sunset Blvd?) in a few years.

So do any of you actually listen to musicians for their music or is it all about how pretty they are and how outrageous their dress sense is? I don't care that much for Justin because of his unremarkable voice and phrasing and boring unimaginative "let's fuck" lyrics (Seriously does the dude have a song about anything other than relationships on either of his two albums? The guy comes across very fake and contrived but his collaborators do tend to come up with some listenable music every now and again although I haven't heard any really good songs from him yet but like I said before it's probably because he's such a mediocre singer.
If you want outrageous clothes on pretty people watch a fashion show or the Oscars.
