Gwen Guthrie

Anybody here remember Gwen Guthrie? I just love her music and her voice. Good artist from the 80's. Anybody agree?

Can you feel it? Can you feel iiiit,,,,my funky sensation? music

I loved the early 80's NYC club stuff she did before she made her debut album.

I have this album from her called "Padlock" from 1983 which is a collection of remixes she did for some dance producer, good stuff.

"Funky Sensation" was done by Gwen Macrae, not Gwen Guthrie.

Gwen Guthrie, wrote songs for people like, Roberta Flack, Melissa Manchaster and others. She past, for ovarian cancer a few years back.
