11 & 13 yr. old kid act "Tiny Masters of Today" cite Bowie and Karen O as fans. 
http://www.myspace.com/tinymasters With the exception of The Jackson 5, I avoid kid acts like the plague, but this brother/sister duo is pretty cool. It's just fun, innocent, simple music.
