Aww, see! There you go!!! I'm in love with THAT song too! MY Gosh! If only artists' from the new school would put it down like that, radio wouldn't be going through such a dry spell. Rushes to youtube to see if I can find THAT one and hopefully, upload it! But, I'll try this one.

You're referring to their 1983 single "Words and Music" and you're right....when I first heard the chorus of "We Are The World",I instanly remembered the Tavares song! Is that where Michael and Lionel got the inspiration from? hmmm

you know what? you are right. I have a nice jazz version of this song. It also reminds me of a couple of songs from some doo wop groups from back then.

Hey SoulAlive, since you own all their records, any recommendations?
I love both 'Heaven Must Be Missing An Angel' and 'More Than A Woman'.
I also checked out 'Whodunit' on Youtube and loved it too.
These are songs from their 'disco years', but I'm also interested in hearing their pre-disco soul material, since that's what the group was really about, right? smile
It is not known why FuNkeNsteiN capitalizes his name as he does, though some speculate sunlight deficiency caused by the most pimpified white guy afro in Nordic history.
