It's one of my favourite Madonna songs.

The only song I skip on Bedtime Stories is 'Bedtime Story' itself. It just doesn't fit with the rest of the album's flow.

I like bedtime stories a lot, but it's more chill than her previous records. However, the singles and their videos are some of the most creative work of madonna's career. Bedtime Stories video, WOW! Secret, WOW! Human Nature's bitchy attitude, WOW, that puts mj's unbreakable to shame!

Survival reminds me a bit of TLC's Creep and Crazy For You, when she sings "I'll never be a saint it's true" and lyrics like "living to tell" like she's paying tribute to her back catalog

Madonna killed R&B with that album

I really loved confessions however. I couldn't stop playing it for a year and a half, and the album could be heard in stores all over where I'm at, it did excellent and put me in a feel good mood. I would take confessions over bedtime stories, because it's fun and bedtime stories is more reflective than anything.

I think I heard a sample of Stevie Wonder singing "heyyyyy" during the chorus (from the beginning of his recording "Hey Love")

One of her best. Shoulda been a single.
