What evidence is there that it's fake? This picture's been around for ages. I never heard nothing about it being fake. Hell, Mike was laying some incestuous stuff on LaToya too in Say, Say, Say and TWYMMF. He also thought nothing of ripping Randy's shirt off on the Victory tour and singing "Shake your lovely body" at him. Let's face it, these Jacksons are just strange.
