Updated Salt & Pepa (New Reality Show) airs tomorrow This looks like it might be full of drama
Salt is angry about being unappreciated when they were together and Pepa blames Salt for breaking up the group. Their lifestyles are also polar opposites: Salt has indeed found God and is living a quiet life in Long Island with her husband while Pepa is still the party girl and desperately wants to re-capture the glamour of Salt-N-Pepa’s glory days. Can they overcome their differences long enough to heal their friendship and perform again? I definitely will be watching this. It looks like there is a lot of tension between Salt-N-Pepa, and I wouldn't be surprised if some that goes back to the days when Salt dated Hurby "Luv Bug" Azor. [Edited 9/11/07 9:28am] THE TRAFFIC JAMMERS, The Org's house band: VAINANDY -- lead singer; NAJEE -- bass; THE AUDIENCE -- guitar; PHUNKDADDY -- rhythm guitar; ALEX de PARIS -- keyboards; Da PRETTYMAN -- keyboards; FUNKENSTEIN -- drums. HOLD ON TO YOUR DRAWERS!

For what it's worth, Salt and Pepa both look the same given their ages (both are 43), and look good overall. I wonder if Spinderella will appear on the reality show? I will be interested in this reality show too. I am wondering if some of the tension between salt & pepa is fixed for the show. I remember about 5 years ago or so vh1 had a behind the scenes episode on the group. The group worked on a project and spinderella was pissed because salt & pepa got the majority of the money for the project and salt & pepa whom were still tight stated she got paid for the part she did. I do remember salt saying on the surreal life that the group broke up because salt wasn't comfortable doing some of the material now because of her spirituality much like coko of swv. I will be watching this one closely. Don't laugh at my funk
This funk is a serious joint

I heard about this on The Wendy Williams Experience and I can't wait till it comes out. This sounds like it's going to make for some great TV. I'm not a fan of "old Prince". I'm not a fan of "new Prince". I'm just a fan of Prince. Simple as that

I'll watch but I fear it'll be fake as hell! Then again, I loved that damn Scott Baio show

I stopped watching Scott Baio after I read an expose on how they filmed mulitiple takes of the restaurant dinner with his "perfect date" and how that smarmy best friend of his is just playing the part of the smarmy best friend. Basically, it's just Scott Baio playing a character named Scott Baio.
I know it's not "reality", but it turned me off for some reason. But I will watch Salt's show, even if it's faker than fake My author page: https://www.amazon.com/au...eretttruth

But I still watched it to the fucking end - damn me

But I still watched it to the fucking end - damn me Reality TV is like more believable pro wrestling. In pro wrestling, we all know it's scripted...In reality TV, MANY people are fooled and become marks without realizing it...Like some people in the 70's & 80's that swore that wrestling's finishes & stories were "real".

Some but not all of the participants involved in these shows get fooled and caught up in the reality of reviving their careers without realizing the cost that it will take on their integrity.

Just watched the clip and this shit is gonna be good! If Salt's happy and content with her life like it is, why even bother doing a reality show? Isn't the whole point of Un-Reality TV about getting in the spotlight?
Yeah, Buddy! Marking October 15 on my calender as I type!

That's what Chuck D was trying to tell Flavor Flav. And we all know that Flav didn't listen. [Edited 9/11/07 22:08pm]
