You don't have to be Ms. Cleo to know this thread will be at LEAST 3 pages. Thats actually the shortest I've ever seen an MJ related thread...

It's been 6 years since his last studio album and 10 years since his last tour.

Anyone else getting fed up with how long he takes between projects? We were promised a new album this year, but there's till no sign of him releasing anything.

Thriller destroyed MJ imo as after that he always feels his albums have got to be mega-selling. He lost a lot of his musical creativity as a result.

MJ could learn so much from Prince. He had his mega-selling landmark with Purple Rain and then released Around The World with no intention of matching PR's sales. His creativity and musical artistry are what matters to him most. Could you see MJ releasing albums nearly every year and doing aftershows?

Michael has been in the business for most of his life so I really don't know what Prince could possibly teach him. In fact, I think it's a bit insulting to even suggest that. However, if there is one thing I think Michael can possibly take notes from Prince on it would probably be his live shows. Michael needs to revamp his live shows because his last three tours have basically been the same with a few new songs added in & costume changes. That's my only real complaint. I mean the set up is not up to date, his back up dancers are just mediocre (especially when compared to people like Janet and Madonna)and the damn miming has got to stop once and for all. He is much too talented of a singer to do that. Leave the lip synching to people who can't sing like Britney Spears and others.

Michael needs to get out of his comfort zone already. Like I've been saying for years, MJ needs to do an unplugged concert. Do a one night only special and broadcast it all over or do a free concert in Central Park (i.e. Diana Ross concert in the 80's) or somwhere and there he could introduce new material from his new album . I think that would be incredible and something totally unexpected from him.

I kinda feel sorry for MJ fans....having to wait so long for new music. Then again,I suppose Sade's fans go through the same thing lol

I don't think Michael is really inspired by music anymore. He probably sees it as "work"....just another job he must accomplish.Perhaps he's more happy staying at home with his kids and being a father?

It's not like that for all his fans. I for one, love to listen to his stuff on youtube. Now, if it wasn't for youtube and my MJ collection oh yeah, a sista' would be hurtin'! But, hey if he never makes another cd, I happy with what's he's given me; great, emotional, uplifting, feel good music for years.

MJ is always inspired by music. Just because he doesn't put out a cd every year, every other year or every four years doesn't mean he isn't inspired. He's constantly recording. We simply have yet to hear his recordings.

Im sorry, but why the hell should he?

America and the American people have treated him like a piece of vermin crap for the past 10 or so years, why would he want to?
