I watched it, it was good to see afros' and not jheri curls and flat tops for a change.

I thought 2day's episode was FUNKY. It was good to hear true original funk.

I actually think "Sexy Stuff" and "Sexy Mama" were related, I don't know which one was the answer track. I tend to think "Sexy Stuff" was the answer song and "Sexy Mama" was the original.

Great job on the thread Timmy.

I was on a vinyl dig yesterday when it aired but I set my VCR to record it. I got home and skimmed through the tape. It looks like a decent episode. It wasn't the best 70s episode but at least it ain't the damn late 80s. It's an episode I'll keep. I'll record the tape onto DVD later and cut out the commercials.

I did watch the line dance in it's entirety though which was absolutely great. Now that's dancing. There wasn't no stiff "American Bandstand" type dancing on this episode like there has been for the past few weeks.

By the late-'80s, most of the female dancers had no rhythm and some of the male dancers were acting like fucking clowns.

I just watched it in it's entirety as I transferred my VHS recording from yesterday onto DVD. This was a pretty decent episode. And I still can't get over that line dance. Those dancers were gettin' off.
