Outside of the beginning, I don't feel "Look the Other Way" sounds like Prince's "Little Red Corvette." But nevertheless, I never did like that song -- it sounded like the mid-80s soft rock/top 40 stuff in the mode of Mister Mister's "Broken Wings," Dan Hartman's "I Can Dream about You," etc.
