That tribute to the New Jack Swing was wack. It wouldn't have been bad if the actual artists were performing their songs. No Keith Sweat, no Aaron Hall, no Heavy D., no Today, not even no-motherfucking-REDHEAD KINGPIN. We know most of the fools who made those songs don't exactly have a crammed touring/recording session.
THE TRAFFIC JAMMERS, The Org's house band: VAINANDY -- lead singer; NAJEE -- bass; THE AUDIENCE -- guitar; PHUNKDADDY -- rhythm guitar; ALEX de PARIS -- keyboards; Da PRETTYMAN -- keyboards; FUNKENSTEIN -- drums. HOLD ON TO YOUR DRAWERS!

Yeah, the show was pretty hot..Some good performers. Although T-pain's voice was horrible I'll admitt. I just watched it to check out my nigs A Tribe Called Quest! And I also wonderd the same thing about Phife, I hope he's iight.. Q-tip was energtic and on point as usual. But I wish Tribe performed some of favorites Bonita Apple Bum an Electric Relaxation themsevles. but was all good.
Some people think I'm kinda cute
But that don't compute when it comes 2 Y-O-U.

Now, why was Missy "honored" again? She's been in the game, what, 5? 6 years?

You know, I just thought of somethin'. Jermaine Dupri was in the "Freaks Come Out at Night" video and he just breakdanced with Whoodini on stage more than 20 years later.

http://www.youtube.com/wa...ed&search=

Jermaine is poppin' at 43 seconds into the video.

Agree, I didn't like them doing "Remember the Time"

We really didnt need Keyshia Cole. You could tell Nee-yo wanted that all to himself.

She started producing, guest starring around 94, I believe. Her debut was in 1997.
