THE O'JAYS

I SO LOVE THIS SONG!!! IT'S DEEP AND EMOTIONAL. I NEVER TIRE OF LISTENING TO IT. THEY ARE INDEED AN UNDERRATED GROUP!!!! THEY'D JUST BEEN INDUCTED INTO THE ROCK AND ROLL HALL OF FAME A COUPLE YEARS AGO!!!

THE PHILADELPHIA SOUND IS SO MELODIC AND SMOOTH.

lol To me, it sounds like Eddie Levert is singing,"And, I, I-I walk like a bitch!" lol I kept trying to figure out what the hell he was saying! Gosh! I love that jam! razz

It's hard to call The O'Jays "underrated" in any context. They are arguably my all-time favorite vocal group and they made a lot of brilliant songs in the 70s.
THE TRAFFIC JAMMERS, The Org's house band: VAINANDY -- lead singer; NAJEE -- bass; THE AUDIENCE -- guitar; PHUNKDADDY -- rhythm guitar; ALEX de PARIS -- keyboards; Da PRETTYMAN -- keyboards; FUNKENSTEIN -- drums. HOLD ON TO YOUR DRAWERS!

'Walk like a bitch'
I'm sure the lyrics are misheard a lot.
