This is the rumoured cover of the Gimme More single though some say its gonna be the CD cover, and yes Blackout is the title.

The label isn't controlling her. She's just doing it all herself and doing a terrible job at it. At this stage she doesn't have a team of any sort at all, just her recording contract and one assistant.

Her record label doesn't really know what to do, they're just following her lead. When "Gimme More" leaked only then was her Jive website updated. When she confirmed her VMA performance THEN her Jive website did. They're just waiting on her and whatever she does.



To me, it seems like she might be trying to do that in her own way. She seems to want to make things be not such a big affair like a small, low budget video with no plot. To me, she seems to want to get people to not care about her performing. I've heard a few leaks from the new album and she's using her old, strong voice again so maybe, and I know this is far-fetched, she wants to make the focus on her singing eventually.

Not really. For a start most will just download anyway and secondly it's the people who bought when she was at her peak that have ended up enabling her because that's how she got this famous and rich in the first place. I believe her money is her enabler too but it's not just from her CDs. She's got fragrances too and why shouldn't someone buy a fragrance they like or a song just because she doesn't spend the money for good?



She was in court today for them. She was granted one overnight visitation a week with a monitor. It's small but it's a start. She also passed her drug tests.

I think it's all she knows. She seems to believe her happiness is in performing and singing but I think we all know she'd lead a much happier, fulfilling life outside of fame.



I think she DID choose the music. A lot of the times she went out at the end of last year, she was going to recording studios. She's managed to record an album even though her life is falling apart. To me, that's choosing the music. I believe she shouldn't even be worrying about music right now but she went ahead with it which to me proves my point above that it's all she knows.
