Neptunes, Danja, The Clutch, and I remember Ne-Yo saying he was asked to do something for her but later gave those songs to someone else, but obviously Britney's people reached out to him. Those dudes don't come cheaply!

I have 8 of the tracks so far, its rumoured that the album will have 14 tracks on it altogether and quite a few were recorded within the last month, AFTER the Mtv show, so i dont know if all 8 that i have will make the cut, but on them it sounds like danja was the main producer and a couple sound very electronic/euro so i doubt thats danja since his production is pretty limited, that being said most of what i have heard is good, though it would be hard/impossible to top In the Zone which is her best moment. Im hearing that the label is jumping on the release date for a few reasons, one is that the tracks have been circulating and supposedly the newer ones are getting out, two is that the November 13th lineup is too stacked and they want to at least get 2 strong weeks out of it in case it bombs big time, and the third reason is really they feel its time to strike, with her name out there everyday every second, the video becoming the most viewed video on YouTube ever and the single in the top 5, the label knows its gonna be some easy money with nothing spent on promotion, shes doing all the promoting herself and the media isnt gonna let it go. This is the rumoured cover of the Gimme More single though some say its gonna be the CD cover, and yes Blackout is the title.

we saw the signs with ana-marie and allowed her to self distruct via the media. i just can't help but think the studio needs to put its breaks and let this woman deal with her issues...giving her a hit album right now is only going to inflate her ego...and a flop could cause her to self-destruct.

But sad to say that it was the label is hoping, they are hoping for people who always buy her, to keep buying her, and then the casual person who has no stake in her, to buy it because they want her to have a success story. The bottom line is the label does not care about Britney the person, they are interested in what Britney is going to make for them.

She needs to open her mouth and say something then. If her record label is still controlling her, than she basically made herself look like a fool for the past couple months for nothing. All this crap she's doing is her little rebellious stage, yet if she still has people controlling such a large aspect of her life (ie. her career), than she really isn't being rebellious at all; just retarded. She has no control over her own life at this point thanks to her label and the courts...but most of this is her own fault, so tough shit. As much money and as large as her fanbase once was, she could have just become an independent artist and she wouldn't have to worry about this now. disbelief She's still a puppet after all these years...sad. Plus, I don't care who I offend by saying this, but anyone who goes and buys this album is just as much an enabler as all those "friends" she's paying. How anyone can give money to someone who doesn't earn it is beyond me. She hasn't done any real promotion for this album (I refuse to count that half-assed VMA performance as promotion). It's real sad that her fans care more about her album than she does. I wouldn't worry about her lack of promotion if I knew she was in court fighting for her kids, but we all know that that's a joke. What exactly is she doing with her time that won't allow her to do one of these two things? Oh, yeah, she's at Starbucks and Target...nevermind biggrin

Though i know what you're saying, no one is enabling here by buying her record, shes already got the check in her hand whether this sells a a million or a thousand or nothing at all. If her label or the media cared about her health or anything like that they would step in and say "we're not putting this out" or "we're not taking your picture anymore" but they arent going to do that. A record company can do that, they do not have to put the record out, they could turn it down, labels do that all the time, but they SMELL THE CASH in this case just like any other, the quality doesnt matter, the lyrics dont matter, whether she is or isnt a good mother or an addict or even if this is all some kind of fake rebellious act she is putting on, the label doesnt care, at the end of the day as long as she makes them some money, it doesnt matter. And lets not just soley make it like Britney is the only one that gets away with IMAGE issues, i mean take 80% of the rap industry and the attitude towards women, the list goes on and on.

Annette Artani
Now Annette Artani is a good song writer she wrote the song Why Angels Cry that finished up in the top ten of last years Eurovision song writing contest...

three...
Everytime didn't chart that high in the US it only got up to 15

But Everytime went to number one in many places besides the US.

All this crap she's doing is her little rebellious stage, yet if she still has people controlling such a large aspect of her life (ie. her career), than she really isn't being rebellious at all; just retarded.

The label isn't controlling her. She's just doing it all herself and doing a terrible job at it. At this stage she doesn't have a team of any sort at all, just her recording contract and one assistant.

Her record label doesn't really know what to do, they're just following her lead. When "Gimme More" leaked only then was her Jive website updated. When she confirmed her VMA performance THEN her Jive website did. They're just waiting on her and whatever she does.

She has no control over her own life at this point thanks to her label and the courts...but most of this is her own fault, so tough shit. As much money and as large as her fanbase once was, she could have just become an independent artist and she wouldn't have to worry about this now.

To me, it seems like she might be trying to do that in her own way. She seems to want to make things be not such a big affair like a small, low budget video with no plot. To me, she seems to want to get people to not care about her performing. I've heard a few leaks from the new album and she's using her old, strong voice again so maybe, and I know this is far-fetched, she wants to make the focus on her singing eventually.

I doubt it but who really knows?

Plus, I don't care who I offend by saying this, but anyone who goes and buys this album is just as much an enabler as all those "friends" she's paying.
Not really. For a start most will just download anyway and secondly it's the people who bought when she was at her peak that have ended up enabling her because that's how she got this famous and rich in the first place. I believe her money is her enabler too but it's not just from her CDs. She's got fragrances too and why shouldn't someone buy a fragrance they like or a song just because she doesn't spend the money for good?

It's real sad that her fans care more about her album than she does. I wouldn't worry about her lack of promotion if I knew she was in court fighting for her kids, but we all know that that's a joke. She was in court today for them. She was granted one overnight visitation a week with a monitor. It's small but it's a start. She also passed her drug tests.

Ever thought that maybe she's tired of the lifestyle?
I mean lets face facts, their is no doubt about her origins
When she tours she gets in trouble for talking smack about her fans when her mic is on...
she doesn't bring it anymore with her performances.
She's got way too much money than she needs.
and she's hanging out with the likes of Paris Hilton...
I think she's tired of the charade...
and i think she should throw in the towel...
Cause to be in this industry and be unhappy is just soul crushing...
Its perfectly fine when your life goes down the gutter but you still manage to write and perform good music
but when both your life and music is sufferring...
You got to pick one to salvage.
A true artist would choose the music
Britneys not one of those.
Britneys a mom... and i think she needs to just focus on being one.

Why Should I Be Sad is Stupid Things.

Hot As Ice is Cold As Fire.

Perfect Lover is Got Me High.

Break The Ice is Been A While.

Ooh Ooh Baby is Fillin Me Up.

She wasn't talking smack about her fans she was actually worried about them being out there too long with no entertainment. Research before you accuse.

she doesn't bring it anymore with her performances.
She's got way too much money than she needs.

I agree.

and she's hanging out with the likes of Paris Hilton...

She stopped hanging out with her last year. I don't know why people think they still hang out together.

I think she's tired of the charade...
and i think she should throw in the towel...
Cause to be in this industry and be unhappy is just soul crushing...

I think it's all she knows. She seems to believe her happiness is in performing and singing but I think we all know she'd lead a much happier, fulfilling life outside of fame.

Its perfectly fine when your life goes down the gutter but you still manage to write and perform good music
but when both your life and music is sufferring...
You got to pick one to salvage.
A true artist would choose the music
Britneys not one of those.

I think she DID choose the music. A lot of the times she went out at the end of last year, she was going to recording studios. She's managed to record an album even though her life is falling apart. To me, that's choosing the music. I believe she shouldn't even be worrying about music right now but she went ahead with it which to me proves my point above that it's all she knows.

Britneys a mom... and i think she needs to just focus on being one.

Least for the children...

I think so too, although in her defence, she's passing her drug tests and was granted one overnight visitation a week with her children so long as there's a monitor.
